Pastors
Jeff & Jennifer met during the Brownsville Revival in Pensacola, Florida. They answered God's call to move to New Orleans with hearts burning to see The Holy Spirit move here. They moved on Valentine's Day, 2001 with their first baby in tow. They now have four grown children.
Their passion is to see God's people live out everything He has in His heart for them: the Book of Acts here & now!
JennIfer Oettle
Worship Leader
Jennifer was born to worship and loves leading others into God's presence, connecting our hearts to the heart of God. She's passionate about her family, travel, and chocolate.
MICHAEL & LorraIne Brown
PASTORAL CARE & Prayer Leader
Michael & Lorraine are affectionately known as "Dad" and "Mom" at Inspire. They moved to New Orleans from the Brownsville Revival in Pensacola, Florida to come alongside Jeff & Jennifer in ministry.

Michael's decades of experience pastoring and love for people make him indispensable to our Inspire family.

Lorraine leads Inspire's prayer ministry. She has a unique and precious insight into God's heart through prayer.
Patty Abbott & Madelyn Barrios
Children's MINISTRY
Ms. Patty has a tremendous love for kids of all ages. She’s gifted at teaching them and she’s especially passionate about introducing them to the Word of God. She ran Noah’s Ark Daycare for many years.

Madelyn was born and raised here in New Orleans. She is blessed to have learned under Mrs. Patty and has proven to be a true leader.
